Organic Mixed Green Salad
2 c. organic mescaline mixed salad lettuces
2 c. organic romaine lettuce, washed and cut into 1–inch pieces
9 slices seedless cucumber, circle sliced into ¼–inch pieces
5 red tear drop tomatoes
5 yellow tear drop tomatoes
2 French radishes, thinly sliced
2 crimini mushrooms, washed and thinly sliced
DRESSING
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp chives, chopped
½ tsp basil, chopped
½ tsp Italian parsley, chopped
pinch kosher salt and cracked pepper
Toss all greens and vegetables with dressing.
