Creamy Anchovy Dressing

Think of this as a zingy substitute for mayo.

Yields 1 pint

1 c. high quality mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
10 scallions, finely chopped
10 anchovies, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Mix by hand until fully integrated and creamy.
