I just ordered Midwest Home Chicago magazine. When will I receive my first copy?

A: It will take 6-8 weeks to receive your first issue. Please note this is a quarterly publication.

I am receiving duplicate copies of the magazine. How can I stop the duplication?

A: To stop receiving extra copies, please call 1-800-933-4398 ext. 242.

The Midwest Home Chicago I received was defective. How can I get a replacement?

A: If you receive a defective issue, contact Subscriber Services to request a replacement. We will send you a new copy.

I have not received the most recent issue. How can I get a copy of the missing issue?

A: Contact Subscriber Services. We will send you an issue.

How can I pay for my subscription?

A: You can make a payment for a subscription by contacting Subscriber Services.

How can I find out when my current subscription expires?

A: You can determine the expiration date for your current subscription by looking at your mailing label. The expiration date is on your mailing label just after your account number.

Note that magazine labels are printed in advance. It can take several weeks before your label reflects a change.

How can I obtain a back issue of Midwest Home Chicago?

A: To obtain a back issue of Midwest Home Chicago, contact Subscriber Services. A back issue can be purchased, if available, for $9 which includes shipping to most locations.

I would like to submit a question/comment to Subscriber Services. How can I do this?

A: Send us an email at circulation@midwesthomechicago.com.

What is your subscription refund policy?

A: If you select “Bill Me” as your payment option, you will receive an invoice shortly after you receive your first issue of the magazine. If you prefer not to keep the subscription, simply write “Cancel” on the bill and return it in the envelope provided.

If you have paid for your magazine subscription and wish to cancel, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-933-4398 ext. 242. Refunds are prorated for the number of issues received.
